Thomas Elwood "Tommy" Witcher

Thomas Elwood "Tommy" Witcher, 67, passed away November 15, 2019 in Oracle. He was born in Hopewell, NJ and moved to Oracle where he was a long time resident. Tommy operated a landscaping company, enjoyed playing in pool tournaments, and socializing with friends. He is survived by his sisters Suzen Witcher of Pennington, NJ and Angela Witcher-Harrison of Hopewell, NJ. He is proceeded in death by his parents Verna Nevins Witcher and Albert Witcher of Hopewell, NJ. There are no services planned at this time.

Carol Ellen McClure

Carol Ellen McClure, 71, died on November 14, 2019. Mrs. McClure was born on December 28, 1947 in Denver, CO to Frank and Nona Parrish. She grew up in the Denver area. She was a strong christian. She was a bookkeeper and accountant. She loved music and playing her piano. Carol and Greg lived in Alaska, Florida, and Colorado where they lived in the Denver area and Pueblo, CO for 20 years. They moved to Casa Grande in 2017. Survivors include her husband Greg; Her children Brenda Green, Chant McClure, Chris Christmas and Bryan McClure; 8 grandchildren; a twin brother Carl and older sister Pat. Margie Lee Johnson

Margie Lee Johnson, a long-time resident of Coolidge, left us all on November 12 for a better place. Not that she had a bad place here, having remodeled her and Doc's home to her personal tastes some years ago, a home that was featured in Sunset magazine. When she did leave however, she took her satin pillow which accompanied heron every travel, including rafting the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon. We know this because even now we can find it nowhere; she must have taken ot with her one last time. Margie was 98 years of age (almost 99-a Christmas baby) when she left us. Dustin Ray McBride

Dustin Ray McBride passed away November 11, 2019 in Casa Grande. He was 21. Dustin was born in Mesa, AZ. He was a hard worker and a gamer. He was very smart and funny. He could always turn a bad moment into a funny one. He loved his daughter and his family. He is survived by his parents Daniel McBride (Veronica) and Kimberley Sichling; Grandparents Bobbie McBride and Kathy Sichling; Daughter Bella McBride; Siblings Angelique Marie Goller and Austin Higginbotham. Michael Joseph McVey

Michael Joseph McVey, 53, passed away November 10, 2019 in Casa Grande. He was born on July 20, 1966 in Sacramento, CA. He came to Arizona in 1997 where he resided in Casa Grande until his death. His hobbies included wood working and spending time with his family. He made beautiful furniture and loved God. He was a people person. Anybody that met him saw what a good heart he had. There are no services at this time.

Jeffrey "Todd" Chandler

Todd Chandler, age 55, passed away October 6, 2019 surrounded by family at his home in Casa Grande. Todd was born May 21, 1964 in Omaha, NE. He was raised in Brawley, CA, which he considered his hometown. In 2004, Todd moved to Casa Grande to help his mother Janice Chandler. Todd was a kind and gentle man who loved his family and friends dearly. He was a prankster and loved to joke around and make people laugh. He loved to tell everyone his initials "JTC stood for "Just Too Cool". Todd had a huge love for animals and would give the shirt off his back to help someone in need. Robert James "Bob" Beets

Robert James "Bob" Beets, 71, of Casa Grande died on November 6, 2019. Bob was a retired chaplain and senior pastor for Victory Fellowship, Desert Cathedral, and Desert Joy Church. Bob had a masters degree in family counseling and completed his biblical degree at the College of the Nazarene. In his earlier years, he served on the staff for Iverna Thompkins in Phoenix, he worked for John Wayne as his secretary, he was a diver for the sheriffs department dive unit and he worked as a lifeguard. Bob played football at Casa Grande Union High School, where he graduated. Bob was proceeded in death by his parents Robert James Beets, Sr, his mother Joy Frances Flowers and his son Jeremiah Beets. Kenneth "Butch" Montgomery

Kenneth "Butch" Montgomery, 72, passed away November 4, 2019 in Casa Grande. He was born on November 12, 1946 to Christine and Kenneth Montgomery in Vincennes, IN. Butch served in the Air Force. He worked in electrical sales. He liked cars and to travel. He was very friendly and enjoyed being around people. He is survived by his wife Julie Montgomery; Daughters Lisa Lamert and Kelly Cunningham and son Brent Montgomery; 13 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. He is proceeded in death by his parents Christine and Kenneth Montgomery; Grandparents Percy Kenneth and Nora Montgomery; Sisters Bethany Montgomery, Neid Ann Duranee, and Susie Elkins. There will be no services.

Ruben R. Montez Jr.

Ruben R. Montez Jr., 52, passed away November 3, 2019 in Casa Grande. Ruben loved spending time with his grandkids watching sports together. He loved caring for dogs and developed a new love for raising roosters. He loved listening, singing and dancing to music. He is survived by his wife Isabel; Mother Eva Rodriguez; Children Evangelina Montez, Ruben Montez III, Bernabe Montez and Francisco Montez; Brother Christopher Montez and Step siblings Michelle Sanchez and Erica Montez and 14 grandchildren.
