Bernadine Thunder Buffalo-May

Bernadine Thunder Buffalo-May passed away at Mercy Gilbert Hospital.

She is survived by her husband William May and her children, Heidi Merril, David Scout, Lara Martinez, April Gendreau,

Charles May, Gabriel May. and 16 grandchildren. Sisters, Dorothy Thunder Bull, Phyllis Campbell, Susan Big Crow. Amanda Christensen.

Bernadine is preceded in death by her mother Ella Imitates Dog, father, Vincent Thunder Buffalo; maternal grandparents, Wallace Imitates Dog and Belle Black Bear; paternal grandparents, Shield Thunder Buffalo and Josephine Bisnet; 3 brothers and 3 sisters, Rose White Face, Linda Gutierrez, Faye Lone Hill; bros. Cecil Thunder Bull, Malcolm Thunder Bull, and Earl Thunder Bull.

Bernadine worked as a Substitute teacher for a year and a Teacher's Aide for 6 years. Her hobbies included gardening, walking, and rock painting.

Memorial Service and viewing will be at the Church of Jesus Christ Christ of Latter-Day Saints ( Kortsen Building)

Friday, November 20, 2020, at 10 am. There will be a graveside prayer at Mt. View Cemetery. Bishop Jeffry Mitchell presiding.
