He is survived by his wife Kimberly Gomes; his mother Barbara Martinez and father Harvey Gomes, Sr. ; his children Alexis Gomes, Harvey Gomes, III, and Frances Gomes; sisters Donna Gomes and Tina Gomes; 4 grandchildren and step brother Victor.

Services will be at a later date in Hawaii.
