Flavia Martinez Acosta passed away June 28, 2020 in Eloy. She was 85. Flavia was born in San Antonio De La Huerta, Sonora, Mexico on May 7, 1935. She was raised in El Claro, Sonora, Mexico. She worked for the Hidden Valley water project. She was a pioneer in getting water to Hidden Valley. They received million dollar grant from the government under President Obama. William "Bill" Menkhus passed away June 5, 2020 in Maricopa. He was 76. Born in St. Louis, MO on June 26, 1943, Bill moved to the Phoenix area in the early 1980's and fell in love with it. His new home featured two of his favorite things, warm weather and a hot real estate market. His life in Arizona was spent helping clients find their perfect homes, ballroom dancing, doing high impact aerobics, finding the hot slot machine, and spending time with friends and family.
