Quirina "Nina" Raquel Martinez

On Friday, May 10, 2019, Quirina "Nina" Raquel Martinez passed away at the age of 15 years old. She was born on August 8, 2003 in Chandler, AZ to Julio and Irene Martinez. She was a sophomore at Vista Grande High School in Casa Grande, AZ. Loved by friends and family for being a funny, loving, outgoing little soul and was a true best friend to all. She was born in Chandler but raised in Casa Grande she grew to know just how much family she really had, she practically met all of her cousins in high school. Nina will be missed by everyone who had the chance to truly know her. She was an amazing little lady with such a bright future. Wanting to travel and bring peace, not just to the world but to her family. She had such a close bond with her 2 nephews and they grew up thick as thieves and known as the Martinez 3, being only three and four months apart, they were inseparable. Nina was a beautiful, bright, loving and caring little soul that left many footprints in many little lives.

Nina is survived by her parents Julio and Irene; Her 3 sisters Monique, Ursula and Maricela and her brother, Augie. As well as 5 nephews Mikey, Beto, Elias, Rey, Israel and Ramon; 5 Nieces Reyna, Serrina, Avi, Trinity and Royalty.

She is proceeded in death by her Abuelita Fidelia Aguirre, Tata Augero Moreno, Tio Abraham Martinez, Tia Martha, Tio Johnny, cousin Bobby and many more.

There will be a car wash for the family at Tractor Supply in Casa Grande on Friday May 15, 2019 from 3:00-7:00 pm.

A Memorial Service to celebrate her life will be held Saturday May 18, 2019 at Vista Grande High School auditorium from 12:00-4:00pm.
