Elsie Russ

Elsie Russ, 98, passed away on December 24, 2019 in Casa Grande. Elsie was born on March 23, 1921 in Edinburgh, OH to Nicholas and Leontina Pustay and they proceed her in death. She was a career Air Force wife and lived all over the world with her husband Charles. She also was a retired civil servant. She was president of her local chapter of Business and Professional Women's Club in Ohio. She was a wonderful cook and an excellent mother. She moved to Arizona in 1978 from Ohio.

She is survived by her children Charlane Ellis, Charisse Schuerman, Charles Russ II, David Russ and Ronald Russ.

She is proceeded in death by her husband Charles Russ and her parents.

There will be services at a later date in Canton, OH.
