Vicki Elaine (Wingfield) Piper

Vicki Elaine (Wingfield) Piper passed from this earth at her Casa Grande home on Saturday morning, February 15, 2020. She was 67 years old.

Vicki was born November 29, 1952 to the late Curtis O. and Betty Sue (Dennis) Wingfield. She moved junior year and graduated from Marshall High School in 1970. after which she married her husband of 49 plus years, William "Bill" Ray Piper. She was a career bookkeeper and controller. Vicki was thorough with numbers, enjoyed puzzles and was an avid reader. She and Bill had many adventures together, traveling through 46 of the lower 48 states. They took several trips to her favorite city. San Francisco and even more to Kentucky and Louisiana to pursue her passion for genealogy. She spent her retirement years tracing her family back to the early 1800s and then freely sharing her research at myheritage.com.

Vicki is survived by her husband Bill; Their only daughter Cathy Lea Piper and two grandchildren, Michael AC White (27) and Piper Ann Kimball (13).

She is preceded in death by both of her parents, an infant brother, Curtis O. Wingfield Jr. and her beloved sister, Linda Susan Long. Vicki had a strong faith and a personal relationship with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Her family knows she is in a better place and she will be missed.

There will be services at a later date in Arrow Rock, Missouri.
