C. Frank Corralez


C. Frank Corralez was born September 24, 1950 to Francisco and Consuelo Corralez in Anthony, Texas. He was the fifth of six children.

After serving in the U.S. Army, Frank received his Bachelor's degree, teaching credential, and Masters of Arts degree in Educational Administration from California State University, Dominguez Hills.

In 1975, Frank met and married Lauren Neal in Los Angeles, California. And they were happily married married for 45 years. To this union two children were born: Christina and Christopher.

Frank was called to be with the Lord on May 2, 2020. He leaves his loving wife, Lauren, his daughter Christina, and son Christopher, his brother Jesse Corralez and numerous loving relatives and friends.

Frank was happiest when surrounded by his family and loved ones. He was a talented artist and writer and spent hours on end tinkering around the house doing various home improvement projects. Frank was always an active part of his community; he coached local little league teams, volunteered with the United Way and Special Olympics for many years and valued his years as an educator. He spent his final 8 years in his adopted home of Maricopa, Arizona where he made many cherished friends that he loved to welcome into his home. In Arizona he relished retired life and could often be found watching old western and WWII movies, and even took up the hobby of horseback riding.

Frank had a playful sense of humor, he enjoyed life to the fullest and was a devoted husband and father who loved his family. His precious memory will live with them forever.
