William "Bill" Menkhus

William "Bill" Menkhus passed away June 5, 2020 in Maricopa. He was 76.

Born in St. Louis, MO on June 26, 1943, Bill moved to the Phoenix area in the early 1980's and fell in love with it. His new home featured two of his favorite things, warm weather and a hot real estate market. His life in Arizona was spent helping clients find their perfect homes, ballroom dancing, doing high impact aerobics, finding the hot slot machine, and spending time with friends and family.

Most recently, he and his beloved wife, Carol, moved to the Province community in Maricopa, AZ. Bill was passionate about Province and worked fervently to help others join he and Carol, and their great friends, as residents. He loved the community so much he made it clear he wanted to take his last breath there... and he did.

Bill is survived by his Wife of 16 years, Carol; his children Eric Menkhus and Meredith Schroeder and 5 grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents Robert and Eleanor Menkhus.

A Celebration of Bill's Life will be at year end, if allowed to do so.
