She is survived by her mother Maria Elena Quintana; children Thelma Leal, Maryhelen Domingo, Ashley Norton, and Nichole Norton; sisters Carol Gonzalez and Frances Baca and 9 grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her father Amarante "Bob" Quintana; sister Eleanor Garcia and brother George Quintana.

Arlene loved spending time with her family. She liked to go to the casino, scratching scratchers and having BBQs. Arlene worked as a caregiver for over 30 years. She loved working and helping people.
