Carlos had a great love for God and his family.
He is survived by his father Jose Tarango; sisters Sylvia Velazquez and Elodia Colores; brothers Ernest Tarango and Steve Tarango; his girlfriend Francesca Gomez and her daughter Melina Gomez.
Carlos is preceded in death by his mother Lupe Tarango.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
