Frank V Jimenez age 84 of Florence, AZ passed away peacefully on February 1, 2026
Born on October 3, 1941 in Florence, AZ, Frank lived a life defined by his work ethic and commitment to his community. He was a devoted son, brother, husband, father, and proud grandfather, and a friend to many. To know him was to know an individual whose strength and will helped him overcome many obstacles in life.
Frank worked as a butcher, a miner for Magma Copper, and car salesman for the Ford Motor Company where he was respected not only for his hard work but for the way he treated everyone with fairness and warmth. Outside of work, he found joy in politics, reading, sports, and he especially cherished time spent with his family.
He is survived by his children Suzanna Morales, Blanca Gruber, Frank Jimenez Jr, and Yliana Casteel, grandchildren Andy Aguirre, Elisabeth Morales, Franchesca Aguirre, David Morales, Catherine Jimenez, Natalie Jimenez, Vayla Castell, Alyvia Castell, Avyana Castell, great grandchild Andy Amado and his sister Margie Celaya. He was preceded in death by his Father Benecio Jimenez, Mother Clara Jimenez, Brothers Benny Jimenez, Joe Jimenez, Robert Jimenez, and Gilbert Jimenez..
Though our hearts are broken, we find comfort in the memories he gave us, the lessons he taught us, and the love he leaves behind. His presence will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
A memorial mass will be held on February 21st at the Assumption of Blessed Virgin at 9:00am followed by a burial ceremony at the Florence Cemetery.
