Jose "David" Escalante

Jose David Escalante, 64, passed away on July 4, 2022 in Eloy. David was born in Eloy, AZ on July 5, 1957 to Jose and Guadalupe.

He was a graduate of Santa Cruz Valley Union High School. He owned American City Air Conditioning. He would find humor in everything and in every situation. David played the guitar and loved music. He loved to read and he also wrote short stories and poems. He was a mighty man of God, that loved to serve his church. He was very generous and giving person.

He is survived by the love of his life, Jane Escalante, and they were married 42 years; his siters Carol Kakar, Virginia Escalante, and Rosela Chambers; brothers Luis Escalante, Rudy Escalante, Richard Escalante, Armando Escalante, and James Escalante.

He is preceded in death by his parents Jose and Guadalupe Escalante.

Services will be July 15, 2022 at 10:00 am at the Eloy First Assembly of God, 230 W. Battaglia Rd. Burial will immediately follow the service at Eloy Memorial Cemetery.
