Richard M. Moe passed away November 27, 2021 in Phoenix, AZ. He was 81. He was born March 30, 1940. He is survived by his children Jason Moe, Valerie Moe, and Kristen Moe; sisters Marion Eidsmore and Sylvia Sayre and brother Stanley Moe and 5 grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his wife Penelope L. Moe.

Richard was an amazing man, loved by many and will remain in our hearts forever. He loved to spend time with family and friends traveling being in nature, sitting in the sun, reading, movies and listening to music. Richard blessed his family and friends with is wisdom, patience, compassion, understanding and unique ability to encourage others. He had a full life with lots of joy, fun and adventure. May our beloved Richard rest in love, light, peace and harmony.
