Sally Castillo Montijo

June 6, 1963 - January 22, 2024

Sally Castillo Montijo, age 60. Known to everyone as Nini, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on January 22, 2024.

She was born on June 6, 1963 to Frank and Mary Castillo. She married her high school sweetheart Hector Montijo on April 3, 1982. Married for over 41 years and remained committed up until her passing. She loved her family especially her grandchildren Richard, Zae, Laela, and Saedie. She admired and collected everything Buddha and Elvis. She loved watching movies

especially musicals and westerns. She liked to travel especially to her favorite place Laughlin, NV. She was a strong person very outspoken and never hesitated to say what was on her mind, which we all loved about her. She will be greatly missed by all who were a part of her beautiful life.

Sally is survived by her husband Hector Montijo, Jr.; her chidren Jennifer Montijo, Hector Montijo III, and Joe Mike Montijo; sister Patricia Castillo; brothers Martin Castillo and Steve Castillo and 3 grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents Frank and Mary Castillo and her brother Frank Castillo.

Funeral services will be February 1, 2024 at St. Helen of the Cross Catholic Church. Rosary 9:30am, Mass 10:00am. Burial immediately following at Eloy Memorial Park.
