Sammy was a believer in God who always such a joyful spirited person to be around. He would light up a room with just a smile and his pretty blue eyes.
He is survived by his sisters Karen Golden, Lisa Harris, and Jacqueline Monjaras.
He is preceded in death by his parents Samuels Leroy Stokes, Sr. and Patricia Stokes.
