Scotty is survived by his siblings Deite Masterson, Brianna Masterson, and Brandan Masterson; fathers Scott Masterson Sr. and Nathan Meyer. Scotty didn't have any children but he loved his nieces Ja'nay, Paisley, Julianna, and Hailey.

Scotty enjoyed watching and playing football. The Cowboys were his favorite team. Working on cars and riding dirt bikes were some of his favorite hobbies. He spent a lot of time making music. He loved to be around friends and family. He is loved and will be missed.
