Shawn Ellery Ferris

November 26, 1964 - April 16, 2025

Shawn Ellery Ferris was born in Anaheim, California on November 26, 1964 to his parents, Mary A. and John J. Ferris.

He lived most of his life in S. California, but also spent time in Mississippi, Oregon, and his last years in various nursing homes, dying in Arizona on April 04, 2025.

Shawn enjoyed his job as a chemical mixer, and is also remembered for his skill with tools-making beautiful furniture. In his final years Shawn turned his attention to the Bible, and even though his body was ravaged by complications from MS, he is fondly remembered touching the Bible and saying "I'm having the best part of my life now" - for Shawn gave his life to Jesus Christ. He is also fondly remembered (after going through the account in John 21) praying, "Thank You for forgiving Peter, and for forgiving mw". Shawn is survived by four brothers (Dennis, Bruce, Roger and David) and two sisters (Sheila his twin, and Mary). Shawn is fondly remembered and missed by those who loved him.
