Evelyn L. Mullennix passed away in her home in Casa Grande on Tuesday morning March 31, 2020 after a nine month battle with cancer. She was 75. She was born July 20, 1944. She is survived by 2 siblings and 2 children. A big thank you to hospice and the numerous caregivers that made that time bearable. There will be no services.


Gerald (Jerry) Eugene Perrier
Gerald (Jerry) Eugene Perrier, age 78, of Arizona City and the State of Maine, was called home to be with the Lord on March 28, 2020. He passed away peacefully in his sleep after battling cancer. He is survived by his daughter Melinda and his son Steven (Kelli). He left behind three grandchildren, Nick, Ryan, and Ethan. He is also survived by his sister Marlene and his three brothers Dick, Kenny, and Ricky. He is preceded in death by his mother Georgina and his father Euge


Gilberto Quijada
Gilberto Quijada, 67, of Picacho, AZ passed away March 25, 2020 in Casa Grande. Gilberto was born in Santa Ana, Sonora, Mexico on April 19, 1952. He came to America in 1988 and worked in Agriculture. He loved to play musical instruments especially guitar and the accordian. Gilberto is survived by his sister Ana Gloria Moreno-Quijada and his brother Oscar Quijada. He is preceded in death by 11 brothers and his parents Jose and Cleotilde Quijada. Services at a later date.


Donna J. Harrier
Donna J. Harrier passed away March 21, 2020 in Scottsdale. She was 62. She was born on April 25, 1957 in Chicago, IL. Donna graduated from Elk Rapids High School in 1975. She went on to nursing school where she graduated from Northwestern Community College in 1977. She worked in Traverse City, Lansing, and Ostego Memorial. She was married to her husband Chris for 30 years. They moved to Arizona where they both worked for the Casa Grande Elementary School District for 10


John F. Sharp
John F. Sharp passed away March 30, 2020 at home in Florence, AZ. He was 71. He was born in Grand Junction, Colorado to Mr. and Mrs. Everett Sharp on February 16, 1949, and was raised in upstate New York. John served in the US Army where he served a term in Vietnam. He moved to Arizona in 1993, and retired from the City of Eloy. John was a lifetime member of the VFW, where he was the past post commander. John is survived by his wife Frances Sharp; Daughters Bobby Jo DeL


Janet Gray
Janet Gray, 92, died on March 19, 2020. She is survived by her two daughters Susan Bott (Travis) and Marion Croop; three granddaughters and two great grandchildren. There will be no service.


R. Dean Burk, Jr.
R. Dean Burk, Jr. passed away from complications of rheumatoid arthritis and congestive heart failure on March 11, 2020 just 29 days past his 59th birthday. Dean was a native to Arizona and to Casa Grande being born here on February 18, 1961. He attended Evergreen Elementary and Casa Grande Junior High. Esther "Little Bit" Grace Wegener, of Little Bit's Cafe, passed away March 10, 2020 in Casa Grande. Another Angel has gained her wings. The world knew her as Little Bit. Her heart, joy, life, love, and kindness was anything but little. She had a way of bringing out the "Kind" in everyone around her. Daniel George Anderson, 46, of Casa Grande passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2020. Daniel was born on October 30, 1973. Ruben V. Beltran, 67, passed away March 2, 2020 in Casa Grande. He was 67. Born in Eloy, AZ, Ruben served 25 years faithfully in the US Army. His army tours included the Vietnam War, Operation Just Cause, invasion of Panama, Desert Storm and 9/11. In his post military career, Ruben served as a correction officer for the California Department of Corrections for 21 years.
