James W. Montoya

James W. Montoya, 45, suddenly passed away on August 24, 2018 in Casa Grande. He was born and raised in Peoria, AZ. He was a loving son, brother, grandson, father and uncle. He worked for many years for SRT (Special Response Team) for the Sheriff's Dept. He loved to be with his kids. He was always smiling, never serious, always joking around. It was hard to stay mad at Jimmy. He loved his Mom's cooking, his favorite was shrimp cocktail but she didn't know how to make that.

He is survived by his parents Sally and Jim Montoya. Children Caleb, Chloe, and Coby and sister Lisa Montoya. He is also survived by his nephew, other relatives and friends.

A small Memorial Service will be February 24, 2019 at Osuna Park in Peoria at 3:00pm

Memorial service will be August 24, 2019 in Concho, AZ with clergy Nick Marquez.
