Bill Townsend

Bill Townsend, 70, of Maricopa, AZ. died on December 24, 2017 at home.

Bill was born in Shelton and graduated from Shelton High. He worked for Barnes Machine and retired from Compass AeroSpace. Bill and his wife of 51 years, Sherry, bought a house in Maricopa in 2009 and were snowbirds until this past summer when they moved here permanently. He always liked to go camping in the Olympic Mountains and take drives up to the Steel Bridge.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Kathleen Townsend.

He is survived by his wife, Sherry Townsend; Daughters, Shelly Dyb and Laura Olson (Jeremiah); Son, Kenneth Townsend (Sallie); Sister, Sharon Harms (Larry); Grandchildren, Aaron, Jordan, Jack and Kaylee; Great Grandchildren, Atlas and Callie.
