Douglas Grant Clark


Douglas Grant Clark. 56, passed away February 25, 2018 in Tucson.

He was born in Alva, Oklahoma to Glen Dale and Lycindia Clark. His Father proceeded him in death. He graduated from Drummond High School in 1980. He served in the Navy from 1985 - 1990 and was in the Gulf War. His squad was VF211, the Fighting Check Mates, serving on the USS Nimitz. He received 2 citations for bravery beyond the call of duty and a good conduct medal.

After leaving the Navy, he became an over the road truck driver. He loved Arizona and OU. He had a favorite turtle named Clyde. He was a member of the AMVETS in Tucson. He was a fun loving Son, Brother, Uncle, and Friend. He will be missed by many Aunts, Uncles and friends.

He is survived by his Mother Lycindia Clark. His Sister Stacey Lyne Forney and her husband Danny of Burlington, OK. Nieces Kandice Novotny (Stephen) and Kelcie Judd (Jeremy) and Remington Farney. Great Nephews Cameron and Scott Doffer and Terek Judd. Great neice Anastasia Judd.

He is proceeded in death by his Father Glen Dale Clark and Grandparents Beulah Gertie and Glen and Ruby Clark.

There will be a memorial service at the Driftwood Christian Church, Driftwood Oklahoma on March 17, 2018 at 1:00 pm
