John Charles Miraldi, 63, died on January 18, 2026, after a valiant 10 year fight against metastatic prostate cancer.
Mr. Miraldi was born May 18, 1962 in Phoenix, Arizona to Clemente and Margaret Miraldi. He was a dedicated teacher and taught math for many years in Casa Grande, primarily at Cactus Middle School but finishing his career at Casa Grande Union before retirement. Known as a committed Denver Broncos and New York Yankees fan, he always looked forward to each sport season because of the Fantasy League Teams that he participated in.
An avid fisherman and golfer, he loved the outdoors and the tranquility of nature. He enjoyed cooking and traveling, which he and his wife shared during their time together. Some of his most memorable trips were to Hawaii, Thailand and a Viking cruise from Paris to Prague. His ultimate happy place, however, was the family cabin in Christopher Creek, where he spent every moment he could from April-September.
He is survived by his loving wife Seton, three adult children, Nicholas Miraldi, Alexis Miraldi and Jordan Miraldi, three adult step-children, Jocelyn Pinon-Wilkey (Ian), Guillermo Pinon and Sergio Pinon; and 4 siblings Tina Abbey, Gia Miraldi, Mark Miraldi (Ellen) and Jennifer Jackson (Nate) and a step-brother, Paul Williams (Dawn). He will be especially missed by his devoted dog, Bruce and persnickety cat, Ginger.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, February 15, 2026, from 1-3pm at the Casa Grande Community Recreation Center at 1905 N. Peart Rd.

My baby brother may you rest in peace you put up a great fight there at the end. You will be missed so much. I love you. Gussy
