Ross Duncan Phinney

September 6, 1953 - November 7, 2022

Ross Duncan Phinney, 69, passed away November 7, 2022 at home in Arizona City. He was born on September 6, 1953 in Burk's Falls, Ontario, Canada.

Ross came to the States in 1985. He worked in sales. He moved to Arizona 5 years ago. He enjoyed traveling, his friends and family and his "Lake". He was good and always helped others if possible. He had a heart of gold.

He is survived by his wife Delilah J. Parker; his sisters Lily and Tink of Burk's Falls, Ontario, Janis of Edmonton, Alberta, and Susan of Niagara Falls Ontario; his brother Bruce Phinney and childhood friend Nelson Brant.

Ross is preceded in death by his parents Norman and Mable Phinney; siblings Ronald, Enid, and Elizabeth Phinney.

There will be a Celebration of Life November 26, 2022 at his and Delilah's home in AZ City at 1:00pm.
